Pharmacy Weight Loss Shepshed
GPhC Registration No. 9012511
Effective Date: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Shepshed is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Shepshed, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight management services and prescription medications to eligible patients. Our pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511).

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom.

You must complete an honest and accurate medical consultation questionnaire before treatment can be considered. Certain medical conditions, medications, or personal circumstances may make you ineligible for weight loss treatment. We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

Weight loss medications are not suitable for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. You must inform us immediately if your circumstances change.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All prescriptions issued through our service are reviewed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised independent prescriber. No medication will be dispensed without appropriate clinical approval.

Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions in accordance with current clinical guidelines and in the best interests of patient safety.

You must provide truthful and complete information during every consultation. Providing false or misleading information to obtain medication may constitute a criminal offence and will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

If your consultation results in a clinically appropriate refusal to prescribe, a consultation fee may still apply. This will be clearly communicated before payment is taken.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked courier to your nominated UK address.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders approved after the daily cut-off time will be processed the following working day.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed and dispatched, and receive a full refund of any medication costs. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.

Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not replace independent medical advice. If you experience any adverse effects, allergic reactions, or unexpected symptoms, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical attention or contact NHS 111.

We are not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from failure to disclose accurate medical information during your consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
